Ian Malin joins A.J. Walter Aviation
Company appoints Ian Malin as treasurer and chief investment offficer
Ian Malin will join AJ Walter Aviation on 1 July as treasurer and chief investment officer. He has 11 years experience in investment banking and asset finance.
He will be responsible for managing AJ Walter’s funding relationships as well as for financial planning, analysis and corporate development . AJ Walter is the leading independent spares supply specialist with a significant global presence and a portfolio of pooling, leasing and sales services across all sectors including aircraft engines, components and consumables.
Malin joins from Seabury Group where he opened the US boutique bank’s Hong Kong office in 2008. Before that he spent eight years with Allco Finance Group having joined from KPMG.
He has worked in New York, Frankfurt and Hong Kong.
