Aviation veteran Stringfellow launches brokerage, advisory firm HYE.aero

Veteran aviation professional Matt Stringfellow announced the launch of a boutique aircraft brokerage and advisory firm HYE Aero.

Stringfellow brings with him two decades of experience in aircraft ownership, operations and brokerage to his new firm.

“Private aviation has always been about more than just buying and selling aircraft — it’s about stewardship, decision-making, and impact,” said Stringfellow. “With HYE Aero, I wanted to create a company that reflects how I truly believe this business should be done: elevated, intentional, and rooted in purpose.”

Stringfellow said his goal with HYE Aero is to serve owners, flight departments and buyers who value strategic guidance, transparency and long-term partnership over one-off deals.

Leveraging his skills, Stringfellow said a defining pillar of his new venture will be the HYE Aero Foundation which will donate 10% of all profits from the new firm to charitable causes aligned with the values of HYE Aero and its clients.

The Foundation is designed to give aircraft owners and sellers an opportunity to connect each transaction to meaningful, real-world impact.

“HYE Aero was built with giving back at its core,” Stringfellow added. “Every deal will carry purpose beyond aviation — that’s what truly sets this company apart.”

Prior to launching HYE Aero, Stringfellow spent a decade helping grow a respected aviation brokerage in the industry.
