Honda hopes to kick start Latin America sales with HondaJet LABACE debut
Honda are hoping to kick start Latin America sales with the debut of its new $4.5 million HondaJet in Brazil.
The HondaJet will make its first appearance in the region at the Latin America Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE) in Sao Paulo.

“General aviation in Brazil has experienced impressive growth, and it is the second largest country for new business jet sales,” said Michimasa Fujino, Honda Aircraft Company president and CEO, “Expanding sales to this important market is part of our global sales plan and strategy for the HondaJet.”
Honda have also appointed Lider Aviação as their authorised sales agent in Brazil. As well as having becoming the exclusive sales agent in Brazil, Lider are also the country’s exclusive support and maintenance provider. Lider will offer the service from its base in Belo Horizonte.

Following the completion of the LABACE show on August 13, where Honda will display a production HondaJet, Honda and Lider will jointly take the HondaJet on a demonstration tour around Brazil.
