Herb Chalal joins ACASS as MD Asia

ACASS has appointed Herb Chalal as the managing director for Asia. He brings with him nearly 40-years of commercial and business aviation experience in a broad range of capacities, including aircraft maintenance and operations, accident investigation, flight engineering, field service and sales.

Andre Khury, chief executive of ACASS, said: “By bringing on talented industry veterans like Herb  we are strengthening our leadership to accommodate and further our growth. Herb has the kind of character, hard-earned knowledge, and experience that has always set ACASS apart, and will help us stay two steps ahead of our customers’ needs.”

Chahal will be based in Malaysia, adding to ACASS’s regional presence in Africa, Brazil, China, Europe, Mexico, the UAE, and the United States.
