United Kingdom facility adds servicing King Air turboprops to portfolio

Hawker Beechcraft Global
Customer Support (GCS) has announced that its facility in Chester will begin servicing Beechcraft King
Air 200 and 300 aircraft in the third quarter of this year. The facility
received European Aviation Agency and Federal Aviation Administration repair
station ratings for these aircraft in December 2010.

“Now, King Air customers
throughout Europe can experience the industry-leading service that Hawker
operators have enjoyed for years at our Chester
facility,” said Christi Tannahill, Hawker Beechcraft vice president, GCS. “The
King Air models continue to be solid competitors in the European marketplace,
and we are pleased to offer our turboprop customers in the region the
convenience and confidence that factory-approved services offer.”

HBL Chester’s new ratings
allow it to perform services on King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft, including
inspections, maintenance, alterations and upgrades. The
company anticipates that the facility will begin servicing Beechcraft Premier
I/IA jets in the fourth quarter of this year.
