Alan Smith, chief executive officer at Hawker Pacific said: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Aeromil Pacific, which will entrench Hawker Pacific as the region’s leading integrated aviation solutions provider. The acquisition will significantly strengthen our capabilities in aircraft support and servicing, as well as round out our product portfolio with the addition of Cessna Aircraft Sales, Spares Support and Authorised Citation Service Centre. Aeromil’s reputation for quality service and maintenance, their exemplary representation of Cessna in the region and their aircraft management and support services, are an ideal strategic fit for our business.”

“In addition, I am very pleased that Steve Padgett (Aeromil Pacific’s Principal) will be joining Hawker Pacific as Deputy Chairman, Hawker Pacific Australia. Our companies have a shared commitment to providing innovative and high quality products and exceptional service to customers. I am confident that under the stewardship of Hawker Pacific, aircraft owners and operators will continue to benefit from the personal and dedicated approach our staff have displayed in the past”.

Aeromil Pacific, established in 1980, is one of the largest privately owned and operated aviation organisations in the region specialising in new Cessna aircraft sales, pre-owned aircraft sales, aircraft maintenance, parts support, aircraft management, charter services, and pilot training.
