Gulfstream G650 signs own name in the sky
A Gulfstream G650 performing a cold soak test has drawn its own signature in the sky over the US.
The 12 hour 10 minute round-trip flight from Gulfstream’s Appleton Wisconsin facility filed a flightplan that drew the initials “GVI” in the sky.
The flight coincided with National Aviation Day in the USA.
Gulfstream took to Twitter to share a photo of the flight, saying that a customer aircraft required a 12 hour cold soak.

In 2012 a Boeing 787 also signed its name across the sky.
