Gulfstream aims for G600 first flight before the end of the year

Gulfstream will aim to fly its G600 prototype before the end of the year, potentially three months ahead of the originally announced schedule.

Scott Neil, the company’s SVP worldwide sales & marketing made the comment during Gulfstream’s EBACE 2016 press conference.

“It’s our goal to fly the G600 before the year is out” said Neal.

Gulfstream announced the G600 in tandem with the G500 a few weeks ahead of the 2014 NBAA show.
