Greenpoint acquires hangar facility

Greenpoint Technologies, based in Washington State, has acquired an equity in the ownership of Aviation Technical Services.

Aviation Technical Services (ATS) is a maintenance, repair and overhaul service provider on the US West Coast.

Greenpoint and ATS have worked together for over 15 years on VIP and head of state programs. Acquiring an equity position in the new ownership ensures Greenpoint the hangar capacity required to meet current and future completion needs.

Jon Buccola, Greenpoint chairman and founder will serve on the board of directors said “We are excited to grow our partnership with ATS. Greenpoint continues to make strategic investments that secure capacity to deliver customers quality, on-time completions.”
