GlobeAir launches “30 by 30” fractional jet ownership programme

GlobeAir operates the world´s largest fleet of modern Citation Mustang jets.
European private jet operator GlobeAir announced the launch of its first edition of its new Fractional Jet Ownership Programme, titled “30 by 30,” at European aviation trade show AERO Friedrichshafen 2025.
With the programme, GlobeAir expects to provide a more accessible and cost-effective way for entrepreneurs, executives and private individuals to experience the benefits of private jet ownership – without the complexities of full aircraft management.
“The launch of GlobeAir’s fractional ownership programme marks one of the most significant milestones in our journey since founding the company in 2007,” said Bernhard Fragner, CEO and Founder of GlobeAir.
“Personally, it represents more than the introduction of a new product—it signals a fundamental transformation of our entire business model. We are evolving from a purely ad hoc charter operator into a more structured, ownership-driven aviation platform.”
The programme is structured as a three or five-year agreement wherein clients can invest in a fraction of the aircraft and enjoy guaranteed access to flight hours throughout the year. Meanwhile, the fixed monthly management fee will cover all operational expenses, including maintenance, crew, insurance, and administration – offering complete transparency and predictability.
The company said that the fractional owners can benefit from guaranteed aircraft availability, no positioning fees, transparent pricing, flexible booking and fully managed operations.
With this programme, customers may purchase a share in a brand-new Cessna Citation M2 – chosen for its blend of performance, technology and luxury – ideal for short- to mid-range European travel. Owners benefit from guaranteed aircraft access, fixed monthly costs, and zero operational hassle, all supported by GlobeAir’s in-house expertise and infrastructure.
The company said the name “30 by 30” reflects its long-term strategic vision to build a dedicated fleet of 30 Cessna Citation M2 aircraft by the year 2030.
