FSI Farnborough Challenger 605 flight simulator is in place
International’s new full flight simulator for the Bombardier Challenger 605
aircraft is in place at the London Farnborough learning centre.

in April, 2012. Installation of the simulator is complete and preparation for
EASA and FAA qualification is proceeding according to schedule,” said Eric
Hinson, executive vice president. “We look forward to welcoming Challenger 605
operators from Europe and around the world to the Farnborough Center
for Challenger 605 training this summer.”

characteristics of the Challenger 605 aircraft and features FlightSafety’s
electric motion and control loading technology and advanced VITAL X visual
experience and in-depth understanding FlightSafety has gained by providing
training and flight simulators for the Challenger and other Bombardier aircraft
for close to 30 years will enabled us to provide Challenger 605 operators with
high quality training programs tailored to their specific needs,” added Hinson.
Farnborough learning centre can accommodate up to 15 full flight simulators and
has the capacity to train 3,800 aviation professionals annually. It offers 27
interactive classrooms, facilities for advanced technology training devices, 30
briefing rooms and customer service areas. The centre provides training programmes
for business and regional aircraft manufactured by Bombardier, Cessna,
Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft and Sikorsky.
