Aviation services provider Jet Aviation announced a significant expansion of its sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) offerings across its US FBO network in partnership with World Fuel Services.

Jet Aviation will now offer on-site SAF at five additional locations: Dallas, Texas; Houston, Texas; Palm Beach, Florida; Bedford, Massachusetts; and Teterboro, New Jersey. This brings the total number of Jet Aviation FBOs in the US offering SAF to eight.

“We are incredibly proud of this latest expansion of our SAF network in the US,” said Richard Layson, vice president of FBO operations Americas. “The U.S. is one of the most dynamic business aviation markets in the world, and we are committed to continuing to grow our offering in line with the requirements of our customers.”

SAF will be available at these new locations starting January 1, 2025. Additionally, Jet Aviation plans to offer SAF at its upcoming FBO in Miami-Opa Locka, Florida.

“SAF is an important part of our efforts towards supporting the business aviation industry’s commitment to a more sustainable future,” said Jeremie Caillet, president. “We are delighted to be able to expand our network of SAF availability thanks to ongoing partnerships across our global network, and as part of our commitment to providing our customers with more sustainable choices.”

SAF is a fully compliant, drop-in Jet A/A-1 fuel that has the same characteristics and specifications as conventional jet fuel.

Jet Aviation has been a pioneer in SAF, offering it via a blended fuel option at Van Nuys Airport since 2019. The company has also been instrumental in introducing SAF to other regions, including Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Singapore.
