ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia completes Dassault maintenance checks

ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia has completed back-to-back maintenance checks this year on a range of Dassault Aviation Falcon aircraft at Subang Airport, following the expansion of its services from pre-purchase inspections to scheduled maintenance. The aircraft include: Falcon 2000EX, Falcon 900LX, Falcon 7X and Falcon 8X.
The expansion has resulted in ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia experiencing higher demand for its maintenance services from regional business aviation operators, it said. The company recently combined repainting the livery and refurbishment of a Falcon 8X cabin with scheduled heavy maintenance to minimise ground time.
Ivan Lim, regional vice president Asia, ExecuJet MRO Services said: “With the increasing number of Falcon aircraft in Asia, we are witnessing a surge in demand for line and base maintenance work as well as pre-purchase inspection work.” The company’s status as the region’s major Dassault MRO facility is driving new demand, he added. “The customers appreciate that our engineers and technicians are trained by Dassault, coupled with our regional experience for which we have numerous testimonies from our clients over the years.” The business supports all production Falcon models, and most legacy models.
Work on Falcon jets accounts for more than half of Executive MRO Services Malaysia’s business, it said. The business is continuing to hire maintenance technicians and engineers certified to work on Falcon aircraft.
ExecuJet MRO Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation and operates MRO facilities in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe and the Middle East. Pictured, heavy maintenance is underway on a Falcon 8X at the company’s Subang Airport facility.
