Equiom acquires Andium Trust Company
The Equiom Group has acquired Jersey-based fiduciary services provider Andium Trust Company Limited.
The Equiom Group has acquired Jersey-based fiduciary services provider Andium Trust Company Limited.
Equiom is one of the Isle of Man’s largest independent providers of trust and corporate services and also specialises in aircraft and yacht management.
The acquisition will see Andium’s current board of directors, Stewart Walker, Anton Swemmer and Simon Voisin all join Equiom’s senior management team.
Equiom’s managing director Sheila Dean said: “A client service offering in the Channel Islands has been a key strategic objective for Equiom and we are confident that bringing Equiom and Andium together will create one of the largest independent providers of offshore services.
