Empire Aviation Group adds G650
Dubai-based Empire Aviation Group (EAG) has added a Gulfstream G650 to its managed aircraft fleet.
Empire Aviation Group’s (EAG) new Cayman Islands-registered Gulfstream G650 (VP-CTS / MSN 6082) will be based at Dubai International Airport, where EAG will manage and operate the private jet on behalf of the owner.
The company managed the entire aircraft acquisition process itself and EAG already has a second Gulfstream G650 on order and due for delivery by mid-2016.

Steve Hartley, executive director of Empire Aviation Group, says: “The G650 really is the current state-of-the-art in business jets and we are delighted to add this exceptional aircraft to our managed fleet, operating out of Dubai International – we believe it is the first G650 in the GCC. It has impressed us enormously with its overall performance – speed, quietness, comfort, range and operating economy.”
“EAG managed the whole acquisition process on behalf of the owner including the exterior and interior selection and pre-delivery inspections, and also recruited the crew. This is a testament to the level of trust and confidence that owners have in our team. We have also revised our own operating and flight planning systems to allow for the outstanding range and speed of this aircraft. We look forward to receiving our second G650 in 2016,” Hartley adds.
EAG manages business aircraft in the Middle East, Africa and India. The company now has more than 20 business jets under management.
