Phenom 100 helps Titan Aviation expand its presence in India

Phenom 100Embraer has announced a delivery of a Phenom 100
executive jet to Titan Aviation, a global aviation specialty service
provider headquartered in the United Arab Emirates,
during a ceremony held at the Company’s headquarters in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

This is the first Phenom 100 that Titan Aviation will
manage and operate on behalf of an undisclosed customer based in India.

This delivery increases Titan’s portfolio of Embraer
managed and/or operated Executive Jets to a total of four aircraft, which
includes three Legacy 600s. Two additional Phenom 100s are expected to join
Titan’s fleet next year.

“Titan Aviation has become
a great friend and business partner of Embraer Executive Jets, and we are
confident that the management and operation of this aircraft is in very good
hands,” said José Costas, Embraer vice president,
Marketing and Sales, Asia Pacific Executive Jets.

“We look forward to
continue strengthening our relationship with Titan Aviation and having more
such mutually beneficial partnerships both in India and elsewhere around the
world.”

“Titan Aviation worked
very closely with Embraer in concluding the sale and delivery of this Phenom
100 on behalf of its customer, and we find Embraer to be very supportive in satisfying
the requirements of our customer. It’s a pleasure to deal with Embraer
Executive Jets,” said Mr. Sajad Mohamed,
chief executive officer of Titan Aviation.

Titan Aviation recently organized the first ever
“Business Aircraft Static Display Show”, in Cochin between 30 April and 1 May,
2011, in which Embraer participated with its Phenom 100 jet, resulting in one
potential customer of Titan Aviation signing up to buy a Phenom 100. “We look forward to working closely with Embraer to conclude the sale of
this Phenom 100, as well, and
to taking our relationship to new heights,” Mr. Sajad Mohamed added.

Over 30 orders for Phenom
100 executive jets have been placed by customers in India.
