Maurício Novis Botelho resigns as Embraer chairman
Mauricio Botelho has resigned as chairman of the board at Embraer
Embraer announced that Maurício Novis Botelho has resigned as chairman of the board for personal reasons.
Botelho led the company as president and chief executive from 1995 to 2007 and has been chairman since 2006.
Hermann Wever, currently vice chairman of the board will take over the chairmanship until the date of an extraordinary general assembly to be called, to elect a new chairman.
