Embraer delivers first Phenom 300 to Chinese customer

Brazilian airframer Embraer has delivered its first Phenom 300 light jet to a Chinese customer.
Embraer have delivered the first of their $8.76m Phenom 300 light jets to a Chinese customer, six months after the Brazilian-based manufacturer announced an order from Erdos General Aviation.
On arrival at Erliban Airport, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, the Phenom 300 joins the rapidly expanding fleet of Erdos General Aviation Co Ltd – which operates almost 20 mainly small Chinese built turboprop aircraft. It will be available for charter.
The delivery flight of msn 50500146 / B-9060 started from Embraer’s Sao Jose dos Campos homebase, and included stops in Fort Lauderdale, Narsarsuaq Airport Greenland, Glasgow’s Prestwick airport and Moscow’s Domodedovo airport.
More than 200 Phenom 300’s have been delivered but only three are operated in Asia, with the other two aircraft being registered in Indonesia.
