Embraer posts record high $7.6bn backlog

Embraer’s business jet backlog rose 66% in the first quarter compared to March 2024, hitting $7.6bn from $4.6bn last year.
“In executive aviation, the backlog rose to a new $7.6bn record high in 1Q25, 3% higher than the previous all-time high established in 4Q24,” the company said in its announcement.
First quarter deliveries rose 28% compared with 2024 with 23 aircraft compared to 18 last year.
The company delivered: two Phenom 100s, 12 Phenom 300s, three Praetor 500s and six Praetor 600s.
The company has achieved 15% of the midpoint of company’s full year guidance – of between 145 and executive jets 155 in 2025.
“In February, the Phenom 300 series was once again recognized as the world’s best-selling and most delivered light jet for the 13th consecutive year, according to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA),” Embraer highlighted in its statement.
