Embraer delivers 130 business jets in 2024

Embraer Executive Aviation capped off 2024 with a strong performance, delivering 130 business jets throughout the year. This represents a 13% increase compared to the 115 jets delivered in 2023 and falls within the company’s guidance of 125-135 deliveries.

In the fourth quarter, Embraer delivered 44 executive jets, a 19% year-over-year decrease from the 49 jets delivered in the same period of 2023.

Light Jets

Embraer delivered 22 light jets in the fourth quarter, consistent with the previous quarter’s performance but an increase of eight jets compared to the same period in 2023.

This brought the full-year light jet deliveries to 75, up from 74 in 2023. Deliveries included 10 Phenom 100s (compared to 11 in 2023) and 65 Phenom 300s (compared to 63 in 2023).

Medium Jets

Embraer delivered 22 medium jets in the fourth quarter, a decrease of three jets compared to both the third quarter of 2024 and the same period in 2023. Full-year medium jet deliveries reached 55, a significant increase from the 41 delivered in 2023.

This growth is attributed to strong demand for the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 models, with 28 Praetor 500s (compared to 20 in 2023) and 27 Praetor 600s (compared to 21 in 2023) delivered throughout the year.

To note, Embraer witnessed a substantial revenue growth of 65% year-over-year in the third quarter of 2024 to $561.5m owing to higher aircraft deliveries and better pricing. Embraer delivered a total of 41 executive jets in the third quarter, of which 22 were light jets and 19 were medium jets.
