Elevate Aviation appoints Randy McKinney, David Allen and Colleen McCauley
Utah-based charter and management group Elevate Aviation has appointed Randy McKinney, David Allen and Colleen McCauley to its board (pictured above, right to left).
Randy McKinney has been appointed president of the group and will report to founder and CEO Greg Raiff. In his new role, he will oversee charter, management, MRO and sales and acquisitions.
McKinney was most recently the chief operating officer for charter firm JSX and was previously chief operating officer for DAL Global Services, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines.
“Randy will oversee operations, leveraging his experience at larger companies to improve internal communication, productivity and execution,” said CEO Raiff. “He will focus on scaling our aircraft management and MRO business. His previous strong operational experience and emphasis on safety makes him the right person to lead our company as we grow and reposition our focus.”
The company also announced David Allen as its new vice president of Operations for business jet charter division Keystone Aviation, which Elevate acquired last year. The acquisition included Keystone MRO, a maintenance operation based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Allen has more than 35 years of aviation experience and joined Keystone Aviation in 2018 as manager of Air Carrier Safety and Quality Assurance. Most recently, he was director of Air Carrier Safety at Keystone’s Salt Lake City operations.
Raiff said: “His operational experience and safety focus make him the right person to deliver benefits at scale to our clients without sacrificing safety or the personal touch.”
Finally, Elevate has appointed Colleen McCauley as vice president of Sales and Owner Services. She joined the group’s sales unit last year and following the acquisition of Keystone Aviation and Keystone MRO, will head up all consolidated sales and owner service activities.
“Colleen is a stand-out talent with the experience and drive to grow all these business lines and maintain the very highest satisfaction levels among our customers,” said Raiff.
McCauley was previously director of Charter Sales at aircraft management company Solairus Aviation and brings nearly 30 years of aircraft charter and management experience to the role.
Elevate Aviation Group, which includes Contract Jet Crew, Keystone Aviation, Keystone MRO and Private Jet Services was previously known as Elevate Holdings up until its rebrand last month.
Back in January, Elevate said the acquisition of Keystone would fill “existing gaps and the current lack of personalization in the business aviation industry”.
