Edwin Kelly, Director of the Department of Civil Aviation in Aruba

The Registry of Aruba has appointed Edwin Kelly to the post of director of the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) in Aruba.

The appointment is effective immediately, Kelly is a qualified aeronauctical engineer and also has a degree in Aircraft Operations Science.

Kelly has worked for the Dutch CAA and for the DCA in Aruba for 20 years, starting as an airworthiness inspector. More recently at the DCA he was manager of the Airworthiness & Registration Department and then part of management team.
