EBAA appoints Brandon Mitchener as new CEO

Brandon Mitchener has joined the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) as the new CEO. He will take up his new position on April 3, 2017.

Mitchener began his career as a foreign correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, as well as The International Herald Tribune and Dow Jones Newswires. During these roles he was stationed in New York, Germany and Brussels.

Prior to joining EBAA, Mitchener was the head of corporate communications for Monsanto Co. in Europe and the Middle East. During his time with Monsanto he was involved in positioning the company’s agricultural technology as part of the solution to global food security challenges.

Mitchener also has experience of working in European public affairs at APCO Worldwide, where he advised blue chip companies, non-profit organisations and governments on relations with the EU and the media.
