Duncan Aviation’s facility in Provo, Utah, has received approval from the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority as an approved aircraft maintenance organisation.
In addition, the company’s Battle Creek, Michigan location has received maintenance approval by Argentina’s Civil Aviation Authority.
“Duncan Aviation continually evaluates its certifications and is constantly communicating with customers and prospects around the world to secure new certifications when it makes sense to do so,” said Chris VanderWeide, chief inspector of International Airworthiness for Duncan Aviation.
According to Ascend, Brazil represents the third biggest business aircraft fleet in the world (following the US and Mexico) with around 650 aircraft, where as Argentina comes in at number 15 with approximately 150 business aircraft based in the country.
