Deer Jet wins “World’s Leading Private Jet Charter” title third year in a row
Deer Jet, the Beijing-based private jet charter and management specialist, has won the World Travel Awards’ “World’s Leading Private Jet Charter” title for the third year in a row.
The award ceremony was held at the JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, An Thới, Vietnam.
Deer Jet says that it won the award thanks to its “superior Seven Stars services and outstanding business innovation”, beating other companies including NetJets and Royal Jet.
“Once more the World Travel Awards acknowledged Deer Jet for its unique services. This award encourages us to push the bar even higher as we go on a journey reaching new markets. We want to enable the world to enjoy our signature Seven Stars experiences,” said Xu Lidong, president of Deer Jet (pictured receiving the award).
Deer Jet, part of the HNA Group, was one of the first private jet operators in China. Starting with a small fleet of Hawker 800s, it now has a fleet of more than 90 aircraft, including the largest fleet of Gulfstreams in Asia.
It took delivery of its first Gulfstream G650 earlier this year, stating at the time that it would operate ten of the type before the end of 2017.
It also operates the only Boeing 787 currently available on the charter market.
