Dassault Aircraft Services facility in Stuart, FL completes first Jetwave SATCOM Installation

Dassault Falcon 7X
Teterboro, New Jersey – The Dassault Aircraft Services (DAS) facility in Stuart, Florida recently completed its first Honeywell Jetwave installation. The upgrade was installed on a Falcon 7X and provides Falcon operators with high-speed connectivity in the cabin and cockpit.
“Our main focus is to anticipate and provide the services and options that our customers need, including state-of-the-art, aftermarket upgrades that keep the Falcon fleet modernised,” said Remy St-Martin, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Dassault Aircraft Services. “Our service centers have performed many of these upgrades for customers and we are happy to add the Stuart facility to the mix of convenient locations offering this sought after upgrade.”
The DAS network has retrofitted numerous Falcons with the Jetwave high-speed SATCOM system which is currently installed on new Falcon aircraft. 2020 was a particularly successful year as customers embrace new aftermarket capabilities that help to keep them connected, for business or pleasure. Jetwave provides a significant improvement in the data transmission speeds compared to the prior technology systems such as Swift Broadband.
The Stuart facility is located at Witham Field in Stuart, Florida, about 40 miles north of West Palm Beach, the team’s previous location. The facility is a favourite among customers because it has OEM expertise with a small shop personality and is located in a part of the country where a good number of Falcon aircraft are based as well as being a destination for transient aircraft.
