Constant Aviation completes first international Wi-Fi STC on Phenom 300

Company completes installation of the first international SwiftBroadBand Aviator 200 system for the Embraer Phenom 300 business jet.

Derek Morris, avionics modification manager at Constant Aviation said “Constant Aviation has been one of the industry leaders for in-flight connectivity installations. This solution provides our customers the ability to send email or browse the internet with international coverage. The Aviator 200 equipment is smaller and lighter than other world-wide Wi-Fi solutions, which makes it a great option for small to mid-size aircraft.”

Morris continued “We modified our current STC for the Aircell GoGo Biz Wi-Fi system to encompass the Aviator 200 system that provides customers international coverage. Customising solutions to meet our customers’ needs is what we strive to do with each installation. No two customer’s needs are the same and being able to offer different product options allows us to meet everyone’s expectations. Our experience with the STC process and our in-house engineering capability allows us to have the ability to be flexible and move quickly to support customer requests.”
