FlightSafety International first Challenger 605 simulator has been qualified to level D at their Farnborough learning centre

International’s first Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft simulator has been qualified
to Level D by the European Aviation Safety Agency and the United States Federal
Aviation Administration. Training using this new simulator is now available at
FlightSafety’s London Farnborough learning centre.

FlightSafety’s new Challenger 605 simulator by both EASA and the FAA shows our

technology equipment that meets the highest standards set by aviation
regulatory agencies around the world.”

The
simulator is equipped with the Rockwell Collins ProLine21 avionics suite, Electronic
Flight Information System, Engine Indicating and Crew Alerting System,
Integrated Flight Information System with electronic charts, Triple FMS-6000
Flight Management Systems, Collins TCAS-4000, Triple Honeywell LASERREF V
Inertial Reference System, Integrated Radio Tuning with Rockwell Collins
ProLine 21 VHF/Nav radios, Collins WXR-854 Weather Radar, Honeywell Mark V
EGPWS, Dual Collins GPS-4000, Integrated electronic standby instruments and a
Collins 6605 Head-Up Guidance System.
