China’s Tianjiao General Aviation orders two Citation Latitudes
Tianjiao General Aviation (Suzhou) has placed an order with Cessna for the delivery of two Citation Latitude business jets.
Both aircraft will be delivered before the end of the first quarter of 2018 and will be available for charter.
Cessna announced during the 2018 Singapore Air Show that the Latitude had been certificated for operations in China and Australia, taking the total number of countries where the Latitude has been certificated to 43.
The Tianjiao General Aviation order is the first Latitude order to be placed by a Chinese client.
Based on the larger Citation Sovereign, the Latitude has one of the widest aircraft cabins in its class.
There are currently four Citation Sovereigns operating in China. Three are based in Beijing and operate runways calibration missions for the Civil Aviation Administration of China’s (CAAC) flight inspection unit, and a fourth is privately operated from Shanghai.
