London based aircraft management and charter company, Oryx Jet has added a Bombardier Challenger 604 to its managed fleet of aircraft.

The Challenger 604 begins operation from September 2012 and is managed from Oryx Jet’s HQ within affiliated partner Rizon Jet’s FBO/MRO facility at Biggin Hill Airport. This latest addition to Oryx Jet’s growing fleet boasts one of the widest and quietest cabins in its class.

Oryx Jet chief excutive Mike Russell said: “We are excited to welcome the Challenger to our growing fleet, as it further expands our long-range capabilities and allows us to continue to offer our clients unparalleled VIP service.”

The aircraft can accommodate up to 10 people and is equipped with on-board entertainment and a satellite phone. It has transcontinental range and is capable of jetting non-stop from London to New York.

Russell said: “Our business is gaining a reputation for excellence and we are constantly striving to improve our service levels and our customer experience. The aircraft management arm of our business is going from strength to strength, and we are confident this latest addition to our fleet will prove a popular choice for both business and leisure travellers.”
