Business Aviation Club and Peremena-Avia companies unite under a common international brand Business Aviation Club

Business Aviation Club and Peremena-Avia have signed a strategic merger agreement in April 2019.

According to this agreement, Peremena-Avia and Business Aviation Club companies will merge and the management of the united company under the Business Aviation Club name. Vladislav Masalsky will become the managing partner of the European section of Business Aviation Club.

The purpose of this merger is to combine all the resources, technologies and capabilities of the two companies, which will further improve the quality of service and expand the range of services for customers of Business Aviation Club in the international market.

Business Aviation Club wants to consolidate its presence in Europe and the CIS, as well as the expansion into new markets.

Vladislav Masalsky, managing partner of Business Aviation Club said: “We have been going to this goal for a long time and are very happy to unite the two strong companies with top-level professionals. This merger will make our offers even more attractive for customers, partners and the market as a whole. Together we will be able to take a stronger position in the existing segment of the market in Europe and the CIS, as well as to make a confident claim for the development of new directions, which we are actively engaged in. Our offices in London, Barcelona, Geneva, and Madrid which opened in 2018, already show us that we are moving in the right direction to achieve our global goal.”

Business Aviation Club has offices  in Vienna, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Istanbul, Kiev, Minsk, Geneva, and Moscow. The company plans in the next few months to open offices in Monaco, as well as in one of the countries of Central Asia.
