Bristow Helicopters begin TCAS2 operations in North Sea

Sikorsky S92 helicopter flies using most modern collision avoidance equipment

Bristow Helicopters recently began North Sea oil operations using a Sikorsky S92 helicopter
fitted with the most modern TCAS2 traffic collision avoidance system. The
company is expected to have the TCAS2 fitted to all seven of its UK
based S92s. Bristow will be fitting the system to an S76C++ helicopter in the
near future.

The company has long term plans to fit the
entire offshore fleet of 50 helicopters with TCAS2 within three years.
