Bombardier Aerospace’s revenues fell from$8.8 billion in 2010 to $8.6 billion due to less commercial aircraft sales. The company says higher business jet sale prices helped stop the drop from being higher.
Bombardier delivered 163 business aircraft in 2011 compared to 155 in 2010. It says it will deliver 180 business aircraft in 2012.
The company says it is the business jet market leader for the 8th consecutive year, with a market share of 37% based on revenues, up from 35% in 2010.
It sold 41 business aircraft in the last three months of the year compared to 74 in 2010.
