the highest level of support as close as possible to their operational bases,
Bombardier has significantly expanded its customer services network in China.

To date in 2011, Bombardier has opened a new regional
support office (RSO) and parts depot in Hong Kong, added a line maintenance facility
(LMF) in Jinan, and hired a new director,

This is the first phase of a much broader strategy to establish a world-class
service and support hub in Asia, supported by
satellite facilities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
