Bombardier showcased a mock-up of the new Learjet 75 last week for Latin and South American customers at Aero Mexico 2013 in Toluca.
“The Learjet 75 aircraft represents the combination of Learjet heritage, technology and design innovations Bombardier is known for,” said Saul Arceo, sales director, Mexico and Central America, Bombardier Business Aircraft.
Launched in May 2012, alongside the new Learjet 70 aircraft, the Learjet 75 aircraft is due to enter service later this year while leveraging certain Learjet 85 aircraft technology. The Learjet 75 aircraft mock-up was on display during the 10th edition of Aero Expo in Toluca, Mexico and will be available for viewing in Toluca at Assertec’s hangar facilities until April 27, 2013.
“Learjet is already a leader in Mexico and this new aircraft, featuring the Bombardier Vision Flight Deck, a new interior and superior performance, will take its leadership even further. Bombardier, with the broadest product portfolio in the industry, is committed to offering Mexican customers the best product to fulfill their travel needs.”
Bombardier Aerospace will celebrate 50 years of the Learjet in October 2013, after the first Learjet flew on October 7, 1963.
