Biggin Hill appoints Sarah Dennis
Biggin Hill Airport appoints Sarah Dennis as customer service manager.
London Biggin Hill Airport has appointed Sarah Dennis to the newly-created position of customer service manager.
Dennis’ responsibilities will include all aspects of passenger and flight crew welfare within the airport’s executive handling terminal. She will also be responsible for a number of systems including SkyPets, the specialist unit for handling animals traveling with passengers on business aviation flights.
Biggin Hill has seen a recent increase in business traffic and that this is mainly by larger corporate aircraft flying over longer distances.
Robert Walters, business development manager at the airport, says: “This trend calls upon us to create a new emphasis on passenger and flight crew requirements. The appointment of Sarah Dennis is to develop and enhance our customer performance and relationships in all key FBO-related areas.”
London Biggin Hill Airport is located 12 miles from the City of London and is six minutes by helicopter to the London Heliport in Battersea.
