Business Aviation Asia invests in Tianjin Airport

BAA has signed an investment agreement with the Tianjin Airport Development Zone

Business Aviation Asia ACJ318 Elite interiorBusiness Aviation Asia has recently signed an
investment agreement for land within the airport’s bonded and free trade zone at Tianjin Airport in China.
BAA plans to invest RMB 340 million ($53.3m) to build a new taxiway, maintenance
facility, parking, paint-shop hangars, an FBO and offices.

Construction is due to begin in April 2012 with
completion of all the facilities by October 2013. Eventually BAA will also establish
a Training Centre in Tianjin.

The company will support and service its own fleet of
managed aircraft which is expected by mid 2012 to total over 40 business jets.
BAA current fleet will total 32 aircraft by the end of 2011 with on average an
additional aircraft being added per month for the future.
