Avianis integrates with Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace

Portside’s fight management system Avianis has integrated with Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace to improve staffing efficiency for operators.
Avianis users can now connect to Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace (pictured above) to create job postings directly from their Avianis profile. The integration also offers direct access to Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace’s centralised recruitment platform enabling users to manage hiring needs without leaving their Avianis profile.
“This partnership with Jet Aviation Staffing reflects our mission to revolutionise business aviation by driving simplicity,” said Alek Vernitsky, Portside’s CEO. “Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace gives operators a smarter, simpler way to source talent and stay mission-ready. It’s a meaningful step toward digitising the industry, reducing silos and putting operators back in control of their workforce.”
Almost every aspect of the recruitment process, including candidate search, application review and tracking, is integrated into a single digital system. This aids decision-making while minimising administrative load, eliminating manual data entry and toggling between systems, according to Portside. As trip or staffing updates occur, data syncs automatically across both systems.
Jet Aviation launched its marketplace back in October 2023. It is designed to connect aviation professionals with operators, streamlining hiring, onboarding and payroll through a digital platform that covers job matching, compliance and contract management.
Back in February, Portside launched Horizon, a new software system designed to serve larger, more complex flight departments, fractional ownership programmes and jet card operators.
Horizon is a fully cloud-based, modular platform that gives operators advanced reporting, third-party integrations and powerful application programming interface (API) capabilities.
“Horizon is a direct response to the growing need for a more flexible, powerful and user-friendly software solution in the business aviation space,” said Verntisky. “We designed this platform to address the challenges faced by complex flight departments and operators who require scalability, automation and real-time insights to optimise their operations.”
