Austin Executive Airport prepares for US Grand Prix


Austin Executive Airport gets ready for drivers, teams and fans ahead of the Formula One US Grand Prix.

The Austin Executive Airport, some 20 miles from the new Formula One racing circuit in Austin, Texas is gearing up for a busy weekend ahead of the US Grand Prix.

Andy Perry, airport director of Austin Executive Airport said: “We are almost to capacity with aircraft. We also plan to have significant helicopter operations during the three days.”

Perry added: “To aid in handling the operations we are bringing personnel from our Houston Executive Airport along with our fuel vender Ascent Aviation and our Paragon Aviation partner.”
