Atlantic Aviation expanding in Nashville

Atlantic Aviation has signed a new leasehold agreement at John C Tune Airport in Nashville. Atlantic Aviation won the Request For Proposal process with the Nashville Airport Authority.
Located some eight miles west of downtown Nashville, Tennessee, John C Tune Airport is one of Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority’s two aviation gateways for Music City.
Atlantic has plans for a new facility at the airport including an executive FBO terminal, community hangar capable of handling the largest business aviation aircraft in flight today, coupled with an attached office complex and a large fuel farm. Atlantic’s new location at John C. Tune Airport expands the company’s presence in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, building on the success of its recently completed, highly advanced new facility at Nashville International Airport, which opened in June 2024.
Breaking for the new facility at John C Tune is slated to take place early in 2026.
“We are excited to welcome Atlantic Aviation to John C. Tune Airport, marking a new chapter in our commitment to providing world-class aviation services while integrating environmentally responsible practices,” said Doug Kreulen, president and CEO, Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority. “As Nashville continues to grow, this partnership strengthens our dedication to fostering economic development and delivering world-class facilities that support the needs of our aviation community. We look forward to collaborating with Atlantic Aviation, ensuring that John C Tune continues to meet the evolving needs of our growing business and general aviation community.
“As a long-standing partner of the great city of Nashville, we possess a deep understanding of the unique environment and significant opportunities that come with being one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. as a place to live, work, and thrive,” said Jeff Foland, Atlantic Aviation’s CEO. “We are fully committed to supporting the essential role of the MNAA to develop and manage its airports to promote economic development.”
