Astra Aviation marks ten years of operations
Astra Aviation, the UK-based African flight services provider, has ramped up operations in its South African office by opening 24 hours a day from the beginning of June.
The decision to put a permanent night shift in place at its Johannesburg office aims to provide customers with improved support and immediate responses to inquiries and requests.
Astra Aviation will also be marking ten years of operations in Africa when it makes its debut EBACE presence on the AfBAA pavilion booth this year. To celebrate, Astra Aviation is offering any visiting delegate who signs up at EBACE a 10% discount on all Astra provided services for the 10 weeks following the European show.
Phil Eyre, director and founder of Astra Aviation says: “We are well known in the commercial and cargo sector and whilst we are active in the business aviation sector we want to further expand our client base. EBACE gives us a great opportunity to do so.”
Astra Aviation has been a member of AfBAA since the Association launched and will use its presence on the Africa Pavilion as an opportunity to network with African aviation stakeholders.
The company was launched in 2005 and today it has offices eight African countries, Angola, Conakry Guinea, Cote D’Ivoire, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Zambia providing flight support services to business, cargo and commercial aviation.
