Asian Sky Group (ASG) has helped a Chinese client to acquire a pre-owned Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) into China.

The aircraft, 2008 build BBJ1 MSN 37111/N92SR, was previously operated by an owner based in Europe. Since being sold, it has taken up the registration N999TY.

ASG helped select the aircraft, and also provided in-house counsel on the legal and contractual side. The company also assisted with the aircraft inspections, as well as the eventual delivery of the aircraft to the client.

“ASG has once again completed the successful delivery of an aircraft to a very satisfied client,” says Jeffrey Lowe, the company’s managing director. “It has been an extremely busy first half of the year and we are seeing, in particular, increased market interest in BBJs. This transaction was just the successful conclusion to several transactions we have in the works, where ASG is assisting either the buyer or seller. Interests range from pre-owned NG BBJs to the new MAX line-up, and even BBJ 787s.”

Corporate Jet Investor had a tour of BBJ1 MSN 37111 during the Middle East Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) show in Dubai during December 2016. You can watch a video of it below.
