ARGUS and AerLogics collaborate on new industry benchmark

ARGUS International is combining its Platinum and Platinum Elite Rating Systems with AerLogics AerStar Performance Rating to create a new benchmark for business aviation.
ARGUS introduced its Platinum rating in 2013, followed by Platinum Elite rating in 2021. They are recognised as the leading standard for aviation audits, verifying that operators meet the highest levels of safety, quality and operational integrity.
The AerLogics AerStar Performance Rating brings a new dimension to safety monitoring, according to ARGUS. By analysing real-time flight performance data against industry risk variables, AerStar provides actionable insights into how well operators are managing aircraft in-flight.
“Bringing together the real-time monitoring of flight performance through the AerLogics AerStar rating and the Platinum and Platinum Elite audit brings forth a new level of understanding for passengers on jets,” said Mike McCready, president of ARGUS International. “They can easily see what operators are performing the best in the industry.”
Rob Handley, president at AerLogics, added: “This collaboration is a major step forward in aviation safety. By combining our real-time AerStar Performance Rating insights with ARGUS’s trusted audit framework, we’re giving the industry a powerful tool to measure, understand, and improve operator performance like never before.”
