He deals with a wide range of banking and finance transactions, in particular secured and unsecured lending, receivables finance, asset finance in the wealth management field (especially aircraft, yachts and art loans), acquisition finance and real estate finance. He also deals with recovery and restructuring matters. Andrew has recently published articles including ‘A guide to aircraft finance,’ ‘The Cape Town Convention’ and ‘Enforcement of security over an aircraft.’
