Andi Pargeter appointed managing director at London Oxford


Airport promotes Pargeter to managing director

Andi PargeterLondon Oxford Airport has announced the appointment of Ms Andi Pargeter as the new managing
director. Pargeter replaces former managing director Chris Orphanou. Pargeter
commences her new role immediately and will be reporting directly to the airport
owners and will be responsible for leading the airport’s continued development
and will also work closely with sister airport, The Barclays London Heliport to
maximise opportunities between the two.

Since 2010, Pargeter has
been the head of finance for London
Oxford Airport;
and for the last six months has worked within the group finance organisation
for the airport’s owners, the Reuben Brothers.

Previously, Pargeter has had
a strong business development and financial background to the role following a
career that has seen her work with the finance team for FTSE 100 company
Capita plc.

Born, educated and living in
Oxfordshire, Pargeter said “Having worked with the London Oxford
Airport team for two
years I know that I have a great set of colleagues who understand what it takes
to make an airport successful. London Oxford is one of the most progressive and
dynamic airports in the UK
and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to expand its remit, identify new
prospects for the future and maximise the opportunities presented by the Reuben
Brothers’ recent purchase of the Barclays London Heliport too.”

the last 18 months has been of great benefit to me in moving into this new
position,” Pargeter said.

Chris Orphanou, who is
moving on to pursue other opportunities commented on her appointment.  “I

already a successful and thriving airport.”
