Sidney Anderson has resigned as CFO of Hawker Beechcraft and has left the company.

Sidney Anderson has resigned as CFO of Hawker Beechcraft and has left the company.

Bill Boisture, the manufacturer’s CEO, is now interim CFO.  Hawker Beechcraft is looking for a new CFO.

Anderson was appointed CFO in November 2008. He joined the company in October 2008 from United Technologies where he was vice president, finance and treasury of Hamilton Sundstrand. He is 53 years old.

The company says he resigned on January 25, 2011 and left immediately.
