AMAC Aerospace redeliver its first wide-body aircraft, an Airbus A340 to a private Middle East customer.

AMAC Aerospace based in Basel, Switzerland has redelivered its first wide-body completion, an Airbus A340 for a private Middle East customer.

The Airbus A340 aircraft came to AMAC initially for a C8 Maintenance check but an additional partial refurbishment was also requested which consisted of woodwork restoration, renewed flooring, and implementation of changed seat configurations.

“AMAC Aerospace worked hard to make sure this project was completed in a timely manner.  Our engineering and production departments were very efficient in making the necessary changes to finalize all requests made by the client and we are proud to see this aircraft return to service” said Bernd Schramm, chief operating officer of AMAC Group.
