The Airbus Corporate Jet Centre in Toulouse, France has delivered its 24th outfitted VIP ACJ319 corporate aircraft to an unnamed Middle Eastern customer.

“This latest cabin has reached a new step in terms of cabin innovation with new technologies and decorative materials ever seen aboard an Airbus Corporate Jet, said Benoit Defforge, chief executive officer of the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre.

“We also specially designed a full-scale mock-up in wood to validate ergonomy and space according to the client’s requirement, highlighting that we always go further to propose to our VIP customers the best comfort associated with the latest entertainment and connectivity systems technology.”

“It confirms our leading place in innovation and excellence in the Airbus corporate jet market,” added Defforge.

Traditionally, the Middle-East has been the best-performing region for Airbus Corporate Jets, where it is popular amongst royalty and high-net-worth individuals. The company has also seen recent growth in Greater China – where it enjoys a 58 per cent share of the corporate airliner market – and in Russia as well.

The 24th ACJ319 to be delivered from the French completions centre is split into two main zones capable of carrying 19 passengers.

The first zone is a wide and large forward dining and executive lounge with space for up to 12 passengers, combining a work area and a rest area. The second zone is an aft VIP suite section, providing ten private “mini suites.” These suites also include a personal, electrically actuated bar and many storage zones.

The VIP areas are complemented by a large aft bathroom, equipped with a full-height shower including a brand new timer system to provide the same quantity of hot water to every passenger.
