Air Partner has appointed Anton Frolov as senior account manager in a move that sees the UK charter broker build upon its recent investment in Russia.

Frolov joins from Chapman Freeborn following 10 years of aviation experience. The appointment will increase Air Partner’s CIS team to seven and allows them to open a new chapter in the company’s Russian and CIS progression.

David Macdonald, director of Air Partner Private Jets, said: “I am delighted that Anton is joining us, his experience and skills add further depth to our local presence, providing a deep blend of local and international understanding, which is a key element of our bespoke service.”

“Huge wealth creation in the BRIC economies means that we are seeing particular growth across the emerging markets, as well as the development of new ‘hubs’ for private jet activity in Russia and the former CIS. With a strengthened team and excellent local and international knowledge, we intend to consolidate our success to date in this market and open a new growth chapter in our Russia and CIS expansion,” he added.

Frolov said: “I am very excited about joining Air Partner and believe it is ideally placed to grow and offer clients the best private aviation experience in this region. I am very excited about helping to extend the reach of these products to private clients across Russia and the CIS.”
