Air Culinaire Worldwide consumes On Air Dining
Florida-based private aviation catering company Air Culinaire Worldwide has acquired UK rival On Air Dining to boost its presence across Europe and strengthen its global service.
The terms of the acquisition remain confidential but Air Culinaire confirmed the On Air Dining team will remain in place to ensure continuity of relationships, operations and high service standards. Based at both London-Stansted airport and Farnborough airport in the UK, On Air Dining is well positioned to serve two of the UK’s busiest private aviation hubs, according to Air Culinaire.
The acquisition is a natural progression for On Air Dining, said the firm’s founder Daniel Hulme. “Our clients value consistency, flexibility, and personal service,” said Hulme. “Backed by the support of Air Culinaire Worldwide, we are in a stronger position than ever to deliver all three. With our team unchanged, our kitchens in Stansted and Farnborough receiving further investment, and enhanced logistics capabilities, this move sets us up for significant growth throughout Europe.”
Immediate investments after the acquisition include: kitchen upgrades; advanced ordering technology; and improved logistics infrastructure.
